MORNING SESSION - Why hasn't the altcoin market entered altseason despite a strong rise in BTC?
Seeing BTC rise sharply, many people ask:
"When will altcoins start to run?"
The truth is... it’s not certain that BTC's rise means altcoins will soar immediately.
Because there are 3 technical factors and 1 psychological factor preventing altseason from arriving:
🔹 1. BTC Dominance remains high → Altcoins do not have their own cash flow yet
→ When BTC accounts for >50% of market capitalization, most of the cash flow is still concentrated in BTC
📌 Only when Dominance decreases, will money start to flow into altcoins.
🔹 2. Large funds have not yet rotated their capital
→ Altcoins need large cash flow to soar, but currently most of the capital is still anchored in BTC or stablecoins
📌 They will only rotate when BTC stabilizes or has established a new stable range.
🔹 3. The profit-taking mentality towards USDT is still prevailing
→ Many retail investors are waiting to cut losses/get out → hindering the increase of altcoins
🔹 4. Market sentiment has not shifted from "doubt" to "acceptance"
→ A real altseason only occurs when people start to FOMO into altcoins, not just observing anymore.
🧠 Don't ask "when will altcoins soar?"
→ Observe: cash flow, psychology, community behavior... which direction are they turning?
