Recently, the studio wanted to hire a Python developer, so I set up an account on Boss Zhipin and posted the job. I received over 500 resumes 😂 It's really competitive, so competitive!

I started looking at the resumes one by one. Those with a bit of experience are aiming for 8K, fresh graduates are asking for 3K, and one even said they could accept as low as 1K. In that moment, I understood, it’s not that capital is evil, it’s that you guys are too competitive! With so many fresh graduates expecting a salary of 3K, how can you expect someone with years of experience to be chosen over them! Haha!

I also want to hire a backend research intern, but this stuff is directly related to Boss. It's an entry-level position that requires understanding what web3 is, which is also a hassle. I suddenly thought, could I take on a disciple in this field? If you're willing to delve deeply into this industry, I can take on a disciple, but you need to come to the studio and work hard!
