The Court declares that Apple has deliberately violated the 2021 Court Order, issued to restrict and prohibit Apple's anticompetitive conduct and pricing. Continuous attempts by Apple to interfere with competition will not be tolerated, stated federal district judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers in a filing with the court on April 30.⏰👀
