#我对金钱的概念
I think money is best spent on "buying freedom". You see, the streets are filled with advertisements, all trying to convince you to buy this or that, as if buying a new phone or a new car will bring happiness. In reality, these things become the same over time; once the novelty wears off, they lose their appeal.
What is truly valuable? It's the freedom to sleep as late as you want, the confidence to drop everything and travel whenever you like, the ease of not having to worry about others' opinions. These things are far more substantial than any designer bag or luxury car.
I've come to realize that the most expensive luxury is not those shockingly priced items, but "leisure". It's the time you can spend idly on your balcony in the afternoon, the courage to say no when you want to. These are the things that money should truly buy.
Ultimately, money is just a tool. Those who know how to use it exchange it for freedom, while those who don't are led by it. Do you think it's happier to work overtime every day to buy a bag, or to have enough money to live comfortably and freely? Personally, I choose the latter.
