The US dollar fell on Friday, giving back some of the gains from the previous session ahead of the release of an important monthly labor market report.
As of 12:15 Moscow time, the dollar index, which tracks the performance of the American currency against a basket of six other currencies, dropped by 0.4% to 99.682, following some growth on Thursday amid low trading volumes due to holidays in many countries.
