If the FDV exceeds 5 billion USD, Web3Port's subsidiary Rentech can liquidate its MOVE tokens, and Rentech will be able to share profits with the foundation 50/50. The foundation allows Web3Port to borrow 5% of the MOVE supply and sell tokens for profit.
