My name is Svitlana and I represent the Ukrainian community that is actively interested in cryptocurrency technologies, financial independence, and Web3 tools. Due to the military challenges and economic instability, thousands of Ukrainians are looking for alternative ways to save and earn — and Binance is often the first step for them into the crypto world.
I propose to create Binance Academy Ukraine — an online platform for free education for Ukrainians on how to use Binance, DeFi services, Web3 wallets, and safely handle cryptocurrency.
