"We will get much more than $350 billion": Trump on the agreement with Ukraine regarding subsoil resources
U.S. President Donald Trump stated that signing an agreement regarding subsoil resources with Ukraine could potentially bring greater profits to the United States than the $350 billion he claims was spent on supporting Ukraine.
Trump's words: "Europeans spent 100 billion, and their money is safe because they have Russian money in the banks. Biden gave them (Ukraine - ed.) $350 billion in cash and military equipment... and we got nothing."
"And today we signed an agreement under which we will theoretically get much more than $350 billion," Trump said.
He also noted that he wants to help quickly conclude a durable peace agreement to stop the deaths of soldiers on both sides and civilians.
