The USA 🇺🇸 and Ukraine 🇺🇦 signed a deal on rare earth metals.
As stated by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio:
"The deal between the U.S. and Ukraine on rare earth metals is a step towards resolving the conflict between Moscow and Kyiv."
