We will definitely win the lawsuit against '60 Minutes', CBS, and its parent company Paramount. They deceived and defrauded the American people in ways never seen before on the political stage. Kamala Harris was asked a question during early voting and before election day, and her answer was so terrible that if it weren't for '60 Minutes' and its parent company deleting Kamala's entire response—every word—and replacing it with another answer she gave in a completely different context, which could have cost her a lot of votes. The new answer, while decent, did not show her severe incompetence like the answer that '60 Minutes' deleted. In other words, '60 Minutes' committed serious fraud against the American people, the Federal Election Commission, and the Federal Communications System. Although Paramount/CBS/'60 Minutes' admitted to this crime and made corrupt edits to other similar questions, the 'New York Times'—whether in reporting or polling is fake news—claims that 'people' think this is irrelevant. They do not mean that; they are simply suffering from an incurable 'Trump Derangement Syndrome', potentially to the extent that the 'New York Times' intervention has caused them to severely disrupt the election, which we are investigating in depth. The bottom line is that '60 Minutes' and its parent company committed one of the most serious illegal acts in broadcasting history. Such behavior of illegally manufacturing answers for a presidential candidate has never happened before, and they must pay the price. The 'New York Times' should also be punished for its similar unlawful conduct. These liars and fraudsters must be held accountable!
Background Note: The lawsuit Trump filed against '60 Minutes', CBS, and its parent company Paramount has not yet gone to trial. As of April 30, 2025, both parties have agreed to mediation through a mediator, and Trump and Paramount's legal teams are handling disputes over document disclosure and evidence disclosure, but no settlement has been reached, and the case is still ongoing.
