Recently, Binance Alpha has been a real joy ride!!

Airdrops 🎁 one after another. Basically, an average of 500 U per person!

Common scams:

1. Phishing link traps

Disguised as the official Binance website, inducing users to connect their wallets, which then automatically pops up malicious authorization.

Detection code

Identification: The address bar does not have a small lock icon or shows a certificate expiration warning.

2. Imposter customer service

In Telegram groups, a blue-verified 'official customer service' may privately message you.

Script: 'We have detected that you are eligible for an airdrop, please provide your mnemonic for verification.'

Identification: Real customer service never proactively messages you, and will never ask for your mnemonic.

3. Paid activation pig-butchering scheme

Pay 0.1 ETH to activate the airdrop, with a 24-hour refund.

The receiving address often shows a large number of small transfer records.

Identification: Real airdrops never require payment in advance.
