Ripple wanted to buy Circle for $5 billion
Ripple offered to acquire the company Circle for $4–5 billion. However, Circle considered the amount insufficient and rejected the deal.
Ripple is still considering the possibility of making a renewed offer, but no final decision has been made yet.
