STEEM: A Look at Its All-Time High and All-Time Low
Every token has its story, and STEEM’s is one of highs, lows, and perseverance.
All-Time High (ATH):
STEEM reached its ATH of $8.57 on January 3, 2018, during the historic crypto bull market. Back then, Steemit, the social media platform built on Steem blockchain, was buzzing with users and content creators earning real crypto rewards.
All-Time Low (ATL):
On the flip side, STEEM hit its all-time low of $0.069 on March 10, 2017. Interestingly, this low occurred before the 2017 bull rally. It highlights how early blockchain projects often struggle before gaining traction.
Since then, STEEM has evolved through network upgrades, community forks (remember Hive?), and changing leadership, keeping it alive in an increasingly competitive Web3 space.
Fun Fact: Despite volatility, STEEM remains one of the few blockchains genuinely used for decentralized social media — not just speculation.
