Binance exchange requests 3 new wallets to be added to the White List to be exempt from the burn tax on the Terra Classic chain.
As you know; $LUNC and $USTC are subject to a 0.5% burn tax on on-chain transactions. Some wallets belonging to Binance exchange were whitelisted and exempted from the burn tax.

We see that there are more than 300 billion #LUNCs in wallets. We don't know why these wallets were not exempted before. Why these requests were made now? A vote will be held on the Terra Classic chain and a decision will be made on whether these wallets should be exempt from the burn tax.
