It is requested to add 3 new wallets belonging to Binance exchange to the White List to be exempted from the burn tax on the Terra Classic chain.

As you know; a 0.5% burn tax is applied to on-chain transactions of $LUNC and $USTC. Some wallets belonging to Binance exchange were added to the white list and were exempt from the burn tax.

Binance exchange has applied for the addition of 3 new wallets with the addresses below to this list.

We see that there are more than 300 billion #LUNC in these wallets. We do not know why these wallets were not exempted earlier. We do not know why these requests were made now. A vote will be held on the Terra Classic chain to decide whether these wallets will be exempt from the burn tax.

Binance exchange has always stood by the Terra Classic community at every opportunity. Considering this, the community will keep the relevant wallets exempt from the burn tax.
