Buy and hold or trade every day? Here’s my take.
I tried both paths:
Daily trading: stress, multiple screens open all day, impulsive decisions... and sometimes, more losses than wins.
Smart HODLing: pick strong projects, hold, and sleep well at night.
Not everyone is born to be a trader.
Not everyone has the patience to be a true holder.
The key isn’t copying others.
