Libre will tokenize $500M worth of @Telegram-issued bonds on The Open Network, providing institutional investors with decentralized access to the social network's fixed-income securities for the first time. The innovation will be achieved through the launch of Telegram Bond Fund $TBF, which would offer exposure to a portion of Telegram's corporate debt, worth roughly $2.4B. Moreover, eligible participants will be able to use TBF as a collateral asset within TON's DeFi ecosystem.
