😉“Before entering a new trade, I always ask myself these 3 questions.”
This afternoon, I sat down to reflect on my trading approach.
Not because I just experienced a major setback.
But because I've seen too many skilled traders still losing - simply because they entered trades while emotions were running high.
So I wrote down the 3 questions I always ask myself before each trade,
not to teach anyone - just to remind myself when the market starts to become volatile again.
1. If this trade goes against me by 100%, will I still be calm enough to avoid revenge trading?
→ If not sure: stop.
2. Did I enter because I see an opportunity - or because I saw others entering?
→ If it’s “because the group said so”: stop.
3. If I lose money on this trade, what will I learn - or will I just regret the money?
→ If the answer is “just regret the money”: stop.
🧠 I am not a skilled trader.
But after each market movement, I realize:
Those who are calm - they survive. Those who rush - they get burned.
📌 What about you?
Do you have a checklist?
Comment so we can learn from each other - because waves will definitely come, just don’t let them pull you under again.
