I. Core rules analysis of points
Dual-track scoring mechanism
Asset points (maximum 60 points): Calculate the average daily assets of Binance accounts (including exchanges, non-custodial wallets, Alpha wallets) over the past 15 days, approximately 1 point/day for every 10,000 assets, with a cap of 60 points for 100,000U.
