📊 April Closing and What to Expect in May in the Crypto Market
April was a month of strong correction in the Crypto market.
After the first quarter marked by high expectations and few consistent results, investors faced significant drops in various altcoins and a relevant retreat in $BTC .
However, and especially BTC showed strength with a good RECOVERY at the end of April.
📌 What marked April:
• Broad and intense profit-taking
• Tokens linked to verticals such as Artificial Intelligence and Layer 2 were among the most volatile
• The DeFi sector saw more moderate retractions
• Weaker liquidity at specific moments and a retreat in volumes
🌍 AND ATTENTION: it's not just the American market that influences.
The Asian market (especially Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea) has strongly impacted volumes, especially during the night in Brazil.
Europe also remains relevant, especially in the mornings.
And the Middle East (Dubai) has been consolidating as a new hub of innovation and capital for crypto assets.
✅ POSITIVE Points:
Despite the corrections, many projects showed more controlled declines, and there were technical accumulations close to important support zones, which may signal a recovery in the medium term.
🔮 What to expect in May?
• The scenario requires CAUTION:
Volatility should continue; this is the market we chose, where risk and uncertainty prevail, but also great opportunities.
• May is a month of REPOSITIONING:
Good opportunities tend to arise in moments like the current one, which I consider a transition between sharp declines and potential recoveries.
• Focus on FUNDAMENTALS and real use:
Solid projects, with practical application and growing adoption, tend to be the first to recover.
👁️🗨️ Personal view:
In April, I protected part of my profits and reviewed my positions.
For May, I remain in active observation mode: evaluating new entries with patience and a focus on PROJECTS with fundamentals always.
