Bitcoin Price History: From Nothing to $95,000!
2009-2010: Bitcoin launched with almost no value. Its first trades were below $0.01, rising to $0.08 in July 2010.
2011-2013: It reached $1 for the first time in 2011, jumped to $31, then crashed. By 2013, it broke the $1000 barrier.
2014-2017: Sharp fluctuations, followed by a strong rise in 2017 to reach $20,000 by the end of the year.
2018-2020: A significant decline, followed by a slow recovery.
2021–2025: It peaked above $60,000 in 2021. After sharp fluctuations, it currently (April 2025) stands at around $95,000.
In summary: Bitcoin has had an incredible journey from a few cents to tens of thousands, marked by historical highs and painful lows.
