#ArizonaBTCReserve ArizonaBTCReserve Arizona is poised to become the first U.S. state to establish a Bitcoin reserve. The state legislature has passed two bills—SB1025 and SB1373—that authorize investing up to 10% of Arizona’s $31.5 billion in treasury and pension funds into Bitcoin and other digital assets.

These bills, supported by State Senator Wendy Rogers and Representative Jeff Weninger, aim to create a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and a Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund. Both have cleared the House and Senate and are awaiting Governor Katie Hobbs’ signature to become law.

If enacted, Arizona would lead the nation in integrating cryptocurrency into state-level financial strategies, potentially influencing other states to consider similar measures.
