#ArizonaBTCReserve
In a historic move, Arizona has passed legislation allowing the state to invest up to 10% of its public funds in digital assets, including Bitcoin. The measure establishes a "Strategic Reserve Fund for Digital Assets" funded by seized cryptocurrencies and future allocations. Bills SB 1025 and SB 1373 were approved by the House of Representatives and are now awaiting the signature of Governor Katie Hobbs. If enacted, Arizona will become the first U.S. state to have a Bitcoin reserve, aiming to diversify assets and attract blockchain innovation.
