#AirdropStepByStep – Bera Airdrop Recap
What’s BERA?
Bera is a Layer 2 blockchain built for speed and scalability. The project launched with a strong focus on early testnet users and rewarded them through an airdrop.
Tasks to Qualify
Users had to actively engage with Bera’s testnet and ecosystem to qualify. Here's what was required:
Step-by-Step (What I Did):
1. Connected wallet to Bera’s official testnet site via MetaMask.
2. Claimed testnet ETH from the faucet to interact with apps.
3. Bridged tokens using their native bridge from Ethereum Goerli to Bera testnet.
4. Used dApps:
Swapped tokens using BeraSwap.
Minted NFTs through the NFT test platform.
Staked test tokens via BeraStaking.
5. Completed social tasks:
Followed their official account.
Reposted key announcements.
Joined Discord and verified wallet.
6. Submitted wallet to the airdrop form (available only for a limited time).
Tips & Warnings
Timing mattered – only those who completed tasks before the snapshot date were eligible.
You needed testnet ETH, but the faucet sometimes ran dry – patience helped.
No confirmation was given until the airdrop was live, so tracking every step was important.
What I Received:
I received XX BERA tokens (actual amount depends on how much activity I had). The tokens were sent directly to the wallet I used on testnet.
Key Takeaway:
Even though it was on testnet, consistent interaction across multiple dApps made a big difference. Projects often reward early testers, so being active and early is key.
