💢 Miden attracted $25 million from a16z and Hack VC — 10% of the tokens will go to Polygon holders
The privacy blockchain Miden, founded by former Polygon Zero CTO Bobby Rajam, has completed a seed funding round of $25 million, with participation from a16z crypto, Hack VC, 1kx, and others.
Although Polygon Labs did not invest directly, an agreement has been reached: about 10% of the future Miden token will be distributed among MATIC/POL token holders, strengthening the synergy within the Polygon ecosystem.
The project focuses on using zero-knowledge proofs to ensure privacy and scalability for Ethereum-compatible solutions.
