PANews, April 28 - Binance Wallet has released significant news that it will launch the 13th exclusive Token Generation Event (TGE) through PancakeSwap on April 29 from 16:00 to 18:00 (Beijing Time), with the MilkyWay (MILK) project as the main focus. Notably, users participating in this TGE event must confirm their eligibility for the Alpha Points (Binance Alpha Points) threshold before the event starts, and this threshold has been raised to 75 points.

Binance Alpha Points serve as a key indicator to assess user activity within the Binance Alpha and Binance Wallet ecosystem. Since its launch, it has played an important role in determining eligibility for TGE participation. The calculation method comprehensively considers the user's 'asset balance in Binance Exchange and Binance non-custodial wallet address' and 'the amount of Alpha tokens purchased', with the total Binance Alpha Points being the sum of 'balance points' and 'transaction volume points' earned daily over the past 15 days. For example, if a user's asset balance is in the range of $10,000 - $100,000, they can earn 3 balance points daily; if they purchase $16 worth of Alpha tokens, they can earn 4 transaction volume points.

Compared to previous instances, this time the Alpha Points threshold requirement of 75 points has significantly increased. Previously, the Alpha Points threshold for the 12th exclusive TGE of Binance Wallet was only 45 points. This change means that users need to maintain higher activity and asset investment within the Binance ecosystem to participate in popular project TGEs. From an operational perspective, raising the threshold helps filter out truly active and loyal users. With a fixed total reward pool, the number of eligible users decreases, potentially increasing the airdrop amount for each individual user.
