Abu Dhabi launches stable digital currency backed by the dirham 🇦🇪

💥🎉 The global holding company and the "holding" (ADQ) and the First Abu Dhabi Bank announced joint plans to launch a new stable digital currency backed by the United Arab Emirates dirham, fully subject to the supervision and regulation of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates. The new currency will be issued by the First Abu Dhabi Bank, after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
