#亚利桑那比特币储备 US President Trump signed a new executive order on Friday, temporarily allowing low-cost product packages from China to enter the United States tariff-free. This latest executive order temporarily overturned some provisions of his decision to impose additional tariffs on China last Saturday (February 1). On February 1, local time, US President Trump signed an executive order imposing a 10% tariff on goods imported from China. At that time, the executive order also eliminated the 'minimum threshold' tariff exemption for small packages valued at less than $800 from China. This cancellation of the exemption took effect on Tuesday (February 4), meaning that hundreds of thousands of packages shipped from China to the US suddenly required tariffs to be paid and were asked for more information. According to the new regulations, packages from China to the US must use formal customs procedures, which means additional information must be provided and tariffs paid before the packages enter the country—this process is quite time-consuming. However, it is clear that US Customs has since faced difficulties in enforcing tax collection on mailed packages. According to the new executive order announced by the White House on Friday, the current 'minimum threshold' tariff exemption for goods from China will continue until the Department of Commerce 'establishes a sufficient system to comprehensively and swiftly handle and collect tariff revenue.'
