The problem came to light when it was detected that ChatGPT, one of the most advanced text generation platforms, violated its own policies by generating explicit content for accounts registered by minors.
According to OpenAI, this occurred due to a failure in its content restrictions, which aimed to limit sensitive responses to specific contexts such as scientific, historical, or journalistic topics. Immediately, the company stated that it was working on a solution to prevent such interactions from happening again.
