I was thinking about what to post today, but honestly — the best thing would be not to post about crypto at all. Instead, let me tell you about yesterday!

My investing partner and I decided to take a break from charts, news, and market noise. Instead, we spent the evening cooking venison and wild boar liver — properly, step by step. The meat came from game that was legally hunted by a licensed hunter, and had been resting in the deep freezer for weeks. We finally decided it was time to prepare it.

We breaded the liver slices with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs seasoned with a little marjoram. Everything was fried in plain vegetable oil — nothing fancy, just real food.

As a side dish, we made finely chopped parsley potatoes and sweet-and-sour red onions cooked with apples.

After all the cooking (and eating), we helped our digestion the old-fashioned way — with a good glass of English barley wine. 🍺

Simple food, good friends, and a quiet evening — sometimes that’s all real people really need.

Since — as usual — I forgot to take any real photos during the cooking (too busy laughing and frying), I generated a little AI image afterwards based on the memories. Of course, the image isn’t 100% accurate... but neither are most things in life. 😅
