During a recent interview, the former CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), dropped the bomb: Bitcoin may have been invented by an artificial intelligence from the future!
According to him, it might be a "software that traveled back in time" — like a Terminator, but instead of destroying everything, it created the $BTC .

CZ made a point to say that he doesn't know who the real Satoshi Nakamoto is — he never exchanged a DM with him, nor got his WhatsApp.
He believes that if it were a group of people, they would have made mistakes and left traces. Since they didn't, it could be that it was just one person... or a ninja AI from the future.
Among the suspects of being Satoshi, we have a team worthy of a spy movie: Hal Finney, Nick Szabo, Len Sassaman, and Adam Back.
Oh, and last year there was even an HBO documentary pointing to a Canadian, Peter Todd, as the creator.
But the crypto community watched and basically responded: "lol it wasn't him."
