Alpha of Binance is something very different. If creating Alpha is just to increase the use of BNB, then it's a bit off (because buying on Alpha uses USDT).
1. So does Binance want to say that "any token that wants to be listed on Binance CEX must be in Alpha, or in other words, listing on CEX is taken from Alpha.
2. Binance sends the message that "soon the entire ecosystem will revolve around Alpha (Alpha is the core area).
