Friend, another chance to double the gain, now is the time for me to buy more assets.

Apparently the entire market is down. I thought I was unlucky and my entire portfolio is in the red. When I looked at the list of all the assets, very few listed assets are in the green, and those that are in the green have a small percentage of variation. Could this be the time to buy?
