This European city is the most welcoming to cryptocurrencies in the world.
Recently, the immigration consulting company Multipolitan released its Crypto Report 2025, which ranks the cities most welcoming to cryptocurrency enthusiasts. To do this, several criteria were taken into account such as regulations, taxes, digital infrastructure, and quality of life.
Thus, the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, tops this ranking ahead of Hong Kong and Zurich. The next two cities are Singapore and Abu Dhabi, and you have to go down to the eleventh place to find an American city, which is Madison, the capital of Wisconsin.
Multipolitan explains that the presence of cryptocurrency ATMs and the adoption by merchants were key factors in the final ranking.
