#TariffsPause Ethereum is an active network, full of life and movement. It always has been. Perhaps the one with the most advancements and development. This is evidenced by its more than 5,000 active developers, including those who work on the main network, creating applications, and those who work at the level of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM Stack).
In the past, such a large amount of human work has translated into advancements like the Ethereum Merge, which caused a transition from the consensus mechanism to proof of stake (PoS), increasing its energy efficiency (though undermining the systemic security of the network, according to some); or in the blobs, a function that allows temporary data packets to be introduced into the Ethereum blocks.
Blobs are a promising mechanism to improve the economy of Ethereum.
