As previously reported by Coindesk, Arbitrum planned to partner with Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) in the Ignition AI Accelerator program. This could significantly enhance the industry influence of the platform for decentralized applications on the Ethereum blockchain, especially in the field of AI.
Additionally, it would provide Arbitrum users access to infrastructure credits, mentorship, and integration opportunities with Nvidia technologies. Collectively, this would attract more developers and projects to Arbitrum, increasing the total value locked (TVL) and network activity.
However, just minutes before the official announcement of the partnership, Nvidia unilaterally withdrew its consent to enter into the deal, without providing any reasons or comments.
