Another barrier at $ETH that still cannot be overcome. Every time the ether crosses the mark of 1800, it is brought down to 1750, from where it rises again to 1800. As an explanation for such actions, I can only see a 'conspiratorial' plot by whales, intentionally suppressing ether, with the aim of putting pressure on the holders who bought in at 3000+ so that they panic and sell their assets.
Honestly, I don't believe in a price of 4000+, but a return to the price of 2500-3000 in the next month or two seems quite possible.
