🔹 "Ethereum will eventually be like BlackBerry or MySpace," Hoskinson stated. Hoskinson, who co-founded Ethereum, believes the platform is on a path to structural failure. According to him, Ethereum is becoming too reliant on Layer 2 scaling solutions like Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base, which are slowly "draining value" rather than helping the main chain grow.
