In fact, if you look at the last drop, Ethereum and other altcoins haven't really dropped much compared to Bitcoin, which fell more than 4 times from its peak to its low, and Ethereum also only fell a little over 4 times (XRP dropped 6 times, SOL dropped 10 times, and others fared even worse), so it's foolish to expect a pump on coins with too many retail investors' holdings.
