The more you engage in trading until the end, the more you will find that trading is very similar to the philosophy of Chinese Taoist Tai Chi.
Yin generates Yang, Yang generates Yin, Yin and Yang are in balance.
There are no absolutes, only making choices to achieve a balance point.
For example, if you set aggressive points, you are likely to be mistakenly triggered by stop-loss; to avoid mistakenly triggering the stop-loss, you have to be relatively conservative with the points.
However, after being relatively conservative with the points, another problem arises: being conservative means that many profitable trades cannot be entered due to the conservative points.
It is impossible to achieve a balance in this process.
Another example is judging market trends through specific indicator signals; adding a parameter can allow you to capture an additional segment of the market, but it also means that you will inadvertently incur more stop-losses.
Removing a parameter can reduce the number of entry signals, which can avoid some stop-losses, but it will also miss out on some market opportunities.
Finding a balance here and coming up with a solution is extremely difficult, especially for someone like me who is a perfectionist and obsessed with details, insisting on doing things to the extreme and achieving perfection.
Every time I encounter such situations, I feel mentally exhausted, so I reduce my writing and communication with the outside world, becoming a lonely, isolated oddball and madman.
