Once I came home drunk and literally destroyed one of the biggest mirrors I had there
What I saw was a drunk, fat, stupid, and poor boy. It was the complete vision of failure
I was about 26 years old and living with my parents.
Years later, the way I found to improve was to be humble
I admitted that I was the problem and then wrote down everything that was wrong with me
Then I started to tackle one thing at a time
The first item was smoking.
It took me a year and a half to feel confident enough to move on to the second item on the list...
Since then, Patience is the quality that I saw would be my companion forever.
