P2P_Feedback | Enhancing the Payment Confirmation Interface for Better Security & User Experience
As an active user of Binance's P2P Trading System, I’ve observed a key opportunity for enhancing the platform's post-payment process to better serve users and reduce transaction-related confusion.
Current Situation:
When a buyer clicks "Payment Made", a notification is sent to the seller without a dedicated interface to upload proof of payment. As a result, users often resort to sending payment screenshots through the chat window, which can sometimes cause confusion, delays, or even mistrust between parties.
Suggested Technical Enhancement:
Create an integrated interface when clicking "Payment Made" that includes:
A dedicated field to upload the payment receipt or screenshot.
Gallery access for quick image selection.
An optional notes section to clarify payment details.
Automatic confirmation sent to the seller indicating that proof has been attached.
Expected Benefits:
Strengthens trust between buyers and sellers.
Simplifies documentation within the P2P flow.
Reduces potential disputes and fraud risks.
Improves the experience for new users navigating P2P trades.
Note:
This suggestion is inspired by practices adopted by other platforms which have proven effective in reducing friction and expediting order closures.
I’m confident Binance’s technical team is always open to enhancements, and I hope this user-based recommendation finds its way into future updates.
Thank you to the entire team for your continued efforts in empowering the global P2P community.
