Since February, Acala has been running a 6-month long Meme & DApp Contest designed to supercharge creativity and attract more builders into its ecosystem, with a massive prize pool of 6,000,000 $ACA
And now that we’re entering Month 3 — let’s take a quick look back at what’s happened so far.
Highlights from Month 1 & 2 🚀
→ Month 1 saw 12 projects competing, ranging from AI agents to GambleFi to token communities.
→ Top projects: Boomerang, DamnDAO, Nemo, Polkalottery, and Lova.
→ Month 2 brought even more heat with new Gaming and EngageFi projects entering the scene.
→ Top projects: EasyAcala, Boomerang (again!), Airpay, Nemo, and Vota.
Community participation has been growing fast too — voter numbers nearly doubled from Month 1 to Month 2. Not bad for a contest still in its early phase!
What’s Next?
Month 3 is underway, and there’s still plenty of room for new ideas, fresh memes, and game-changing dApps to emerge.
