Even if it’s just wanting to share information about digital assets and not violating laws, regulations, rules, etc., for safety and peace of mind, to avoid receiving letters from the SEC or police knocking on your door... should read! 😑

I was honored to be invited to the Binance TH trip — #TripFromMountainToSeaWithBINANCETH and opened a session to educate influencers attending the event, so I wrote a summary to explain the posting guidelines according to the SEC regulations whenever a business operator hires to post.

In summary:

1️⃣ Do not encourage too much or guarantee returns.

2️⃣ Always provide pros, cons, and warnings; coins have two sides.

3️⃣ When accepting jobs from any party, think carefully, especially from parties without a license.

4️⃣ Think simply, if you were to recommend to your relatives, would you communicate it like this? Our assets are safe first!

1️⃣. How to determine what constitutes advertising and what does not (responsible advertising & promotion).

* Invite to use the service.

* Do not invite and state the facts.

* Do not encourage decisions improperly, such as overly selling dreams.

2️⃣. If considered advertising by the digital asset business operator.

* Content must be accurate and not misleading / overly selling dreams.

* Balance view: It can go up and down as well.

* Use warnings correctly in both text and format.

* Provide complete details of promotional conditions.

3️⃣. Things that Referrals / Affiliates should be cautious of.

* Invite to open investment/buy-sell accounts only for digital tokens.

* Do not present as an approver of credit or account opening.

📌 Due to criminals/fake accounts laundering money from banks (e.g., call center gangs) through crypto platforms.

Various government agencies are collaborating with #BinanceTH to monitor and prevent fake accounts from using the service, including implementing temporary withdrawal suspension measures to verify identities.

For example, the Support may request additional documents, see KYC, which is required by all Exchanges & Brokers under the SEC supervision in Thailand. It cannot be avoided.

📌 Mostly new users, as they have not clearly verified their identity.

For example, BinanceTH will have a support team requesting additional documents to verify that it is not a fake account, which is a measure that every Exchange & Broker under the SEC supervision in Thailand must do. It cannot be avoided.

In the case where the exchange requests additional documents, try to send everything complete and check your email frequently in case of requests for missing documents. The team will try to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Only on the Binance.TH website!

On the app: Tap the top right corner icon #headphones or on the website tap "Contact Support" > choose related topics and try reading briefly first > if not, tap thumbs down "The issue has not been resolved yet > tap Yes to transfer to customer service.

‼️ Note: Do not contact through other channels at all, whether it’s individuals presenting themselves through social media, Facebook/Twitter/Line or Email. Be cautious! ‼️

Finally, when someone tries to scam you into investing, you should verify before proceeding. There are many scammers, so be very cautious.
