Breaking: The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has made a strong response to the United States' tariff threats, stating that if the U.S. continues to do this (adding an additional 50%), China will "fight to the end."
Trump threatens to impose an additional 50% tariff on Chinese imports, bringing the total tariff to 104% on top of the existing 20% and 34% tariffs.
The U.S. imports $439 billion worth of goods from China each year. China must lift the 34% tariff by April 8, or Trump has stated that the new tariffs will take effect.
Flooding will begin tomorrow.
