with the conditions:
-the fine has been reduced from 125 million to 50 million
Ripple will not appeal the ruling any further.
The SEC will request the removal of legal restrictions on Ripple.
The case will officially end once the procedures are completed.
The SEC's vote on the agreement remains, thus officially concluding it.
