but,

1. Has the current price already been priced in?

$Mubarak currently has a market cap of 138 million, compared to the market cap of $TST which is 60 million that has already been listed on Binance.

2. Being listed on Binance is the endpoint, there's no story to tell afterwards.

So, do you think $Mubarak is worth buying?
