Senna Tower: The tallest building in the world will have apartments worth up to R$ 200 million
Balneário Camboriú, in Santa Catarina, is on track to host the largest residential building on the planet. The Senna Tower, expected to reach 500 meters in height, will be built along the city's waterfront and is expected to be completed within seven to ten years. Despite the long wait for delivery, the 228 units of the project are already in negotiation, with prices that can reach R$ 200 million, according to the construction company FG Empreendimentos.
The skyscraper will feature 18 suspended mansions, ranging from 420 to 563 m², in addition to 204 apartments of up to 400 m². There will also be four duplex penthouses of 600 m² and two mega triplex penthouses, with impressive 903 m². To ensure comfort and mobility, the building will be equipped with eight ultra-high-speed elevators.
One of the technological highlights of the Senna Tower is the Mass Damper system, designed to reduce sway caused by winds at great heights. The building will also feature a swimming pool, gym, wellness center, sports courts, leisure areas, and an observatory open to the public.
The tribute to Ayrton Senna, one of the greatest names in motorsport history, lends its name to the project. The project is the result of a partnership between FG Empreendimentos, the Hang Group, and the pilot's family. “The Senna Tower symbolizes overcoming limits and the pursuit of excellence, values that marked Ayrton Senna's career,” says Lalalli Senna, the pilot's niece and project representative. The idea for the skyscraper was conceived in 2019.
