Please, Help Me To Fix This Issue
I had passed KYC and done 700 validations so far. But, my KYC changed back to tentative recently.
What I tried:
1. I did password reset 2-3 times and waited for few days.
2. I updated email.
3. I submitted liveness test for second time and waited for few days.
But, nothing worked. Still, my KYC is in tentative.
