Same happened to me. I tried updating email, password and even changed my phone number. I did liveness test during phone number change, but no luck still my KYC in tentative.

Please, Help Me To Fix This Issue I had passed KYC and done 700 validations so far. But, my KYC changed back to tentative recently. What I tried: 1. I did password reset 2-3 times and waited for few days. 2. I updated email. 3. I submitted liveness test for second time and waited for few days. But, nothing worked. Still, my KYC is in tentative. Same happened with me. I passed KYC and became a validator, I had done 700 validations. 2 Weeks back my KYC changed back to tentative. Then, I updated password, email but no luck.

Please, wait for 14 days period, it will be solved. If you see same issue after that period, please try updating password and email also.
